Student Support Manager - Wellbeing and Safeguarding (Temporary)

Salary: Grade H £24,192 - £27,796
37 hours per week, 38 working weeks

We are looking to appoint an ambitious temporary Student Support Manager (absence cover) who will engage positively with students, along with key staff, to provide a first response for students in need of support with managing personal difficulties and positively supporting their safeguarding and wellbeing. This is a varied and rewarding role, helping students to learn social and emotional skills, which will have a positive impact on their achievement.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.

Gym Advisor

Salary: Grade D (points 1 to 5) £24,616 - £26,014
Actual salary for 5 hours per week £3,326 - £3,515 per annum

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Gym advisor to join our Trust on a permanent part time basis. The hours for this role are Sunday from midday until 5pm. Flexibility to cover sickness or annual leave would be beneficial. You will be based at the Sports Hub with the Falmouth School site. The Sports Hub is a busy and vibrant fitness facility that is well used by the local community.

You will be joining a school which has been graded as good in all areas by Ofsted in April 2025.

Teaching Assistant - Fixed Term until 31.07.26

Salary range - £24,616 - £26,014 per annum

Actual salary - £12,804 - £13,532 per annum

22.5 hours per week, 39 working weeks (term time plus 1 additional week, pro rata)

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Teaching Assistant to join our staff team on a fixed term basis.  You will be based at Falmouth School which is a friendly, inclusive and highly successful school of 980 students, including a growing Sixth Form.

This is an exciting opportunity within our school and is a key role that will support the learning and education of individual students and small groups with additional needs. You will work closely with the Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo), and you will join a team of passionate professionals, who are extremely supportive of each other, and who work hard to ensure that students achieve their best.
