Assistant Site Supervisor
37 hours per week (plus overtime and evening work as required)

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Supervisor with The Roseland Multi Academy Trust, based at Falmouth School.
 
This is an exciting opportunity within our site team and a key role that will support the day-to-day operations within the school.  The core focus is maintaining the security, safety, cleanliness and upkeep of school buildings, grounds and facilities, as well as other aspects of site management. You will be required to undertake general repairs and maintenance, and support the Site Supervisor in maintaining the security, safety, cleanliness and upkeep of school buildings, grounds and facilities across Falmouth School.

Student Support Manager - Wellbeing and Safeguarding (Temporary)
Salary: Grade H £24,192 - £27,796
37 hours per week, 38 working weeks

We are looking to appoint an ambitious temporary Student Support Manager (absence cover) who will engage positively with students, along with key staff, to provide a first response for students in need of support with managing personal difficulties and positively supporting their safeguarding and wellbeing.

This is a varied and rewarding role, helping students to learn social and emotional skills, which will have a positive impact on their achievement.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.

Quality Centralised Cover Supervisor (Permanent) 
 
Salary: Grade H £28,931 - £33,240 per annum (Actual salary £25,302 - £28,433)
37 hours per week, 39 working weeks (term time plus 1 additional week)

We are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor at Falmouth School.  This role involves the delivery of cover lessons to a number of classes in a communal space, such as the library, lecture theatre etc. 

The post holder will be crucial in maintaining the continuity of education during the absence of regular member(s) of teaching staff. You will ensure that students are settled and working in a calm and purposeful learning environment in line with the Trust’s vision and will coordinate and quality assure the delivery of cover. 

The successful candidate must be able to resolve day-to-day problems independently and demonstrate and develop professional practice excellence to meet the changing demands of the role.

The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am-3.30pm with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.
